N5TM Membrane Roof Panel
Sandwich Panel Roof Systems
It is a high fire resistant roofing material that provides the necessary water and heat insulation on roofs with a minimum slope of 1.5%. Compared to on-site applications, it is much faster, easier and more economical to install. In N5T Membrane Roof Panel, the membrane adheres to metal rather than directly to a filling material. Its compressive strength is high, and the membrane prevents deformations, marks and folds that may occur on the surface, providing a visual advantage and also increasing the carrying capacity. It can be preferred with PVC or TPO membrane. By combining the upper and lower metal, a multilayer composite structure is formed while preserving the integrity of the core material. Thanks to this composite structure; It has a high carrying capacity due to its compressive, tensile and shear strength. In addition to the seating of the lower metal with the lateral overlap after the connection, the combination of the upper metal with the tongue-and-groove ensures that the coating works as a whole, providing a high level of static resistance performance. During assembly, the sandwich panel is fixed to the construction via the upper metal. Since full joining is achieved at every point, there is no risk of decomposition of the Membrane Top metal layer. Deformation of the core filling material is prevented.
Architectural Solutions with Membrane Rockwool Sandwich Panel
Unlike in-situ application systems, architectural visualization is achieved as there are no exposed screws on the inner ceiling surface. Mechanical fixing from the membrane increases the resistance of the membrane against separation due to the increasing wind load, especially in very high buildings. Both membrane lamination and mechanical fixing increase the strength of the material by ensuring that the material works holistically over the entire surface. The resistance of the laminated surface against deformations offers the possibility of walking on it during the use of the structure after assembly and periodic maintenance. It is resistant to tears that may occur as a result of cutting and piercing tools falling on it during assembly or under construction site conditions.
